Natural Remedies for Cholesterol

Cholesterol is a type of fat found in your bloodstream and through out your body’s cells. Your body produces some cholesterol that it needs to keep it in a healthy state. The body uses cholesterol to make some hormones, to form cell membranes and for several other functions. However, a higher than normal level of cholesterol in your blood increases your risk for coronary heart disease that can lead to heart attacks.

Although some forms of exercise are better than others, just do the activities you enjoy to keep your body moving and concentrate on exercises that work on the excess fat in your abdominal area.
